Entry of three Iranian animations to the Italian festival
Three animations of the Center for the Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents made their way to a festival in Italy.
According to the General Office of Public Relations and International Affairs of the Center for the Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents, three animations of the center entered the official competition section of the 13th Corti a Ponta International Short Film Festival in Italy.
“Fisherman and Spring” animations directed by Seyed Hassan Soltani in the age group of 3 to 7 years, “Bicycle rider” by Nazanin Sobhan Sarbandi in the age group of 8 to 12 years and “Wolf and I herd” by Amir Hoshang Moin in the age group of 13 to 18 years In the official competition section, animated short films will compete.
These three animations are from the cinematic productions of the Center for the Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents in the years 1396 to 1398.
The Corti Ponte International Short Film Festival, which focuses most of its films on children and adolescents, has become a unique festival for this age group.
In addition to holding the official part of the festival, the festival has also prepared two sections of an innovative competition entitled “Short Film Production Challenge Competition in 48 Hours” and “Soundtrack Competition” for teenagers.
In the “Soundtrack Contest” section, young composers compete to compose the soundtrack for the beginning and end of each film screening.
The second half of the 13th Corti Ponte International Short Film Festival in Italy, based on the age group of the audience, will be held virtually from October 31 to November 7, while the first half will be dedicated to online screenings of children’s films from May 4 to 7, 2020. It was held in the Ponte San Nicolo region of Padua province near Venice, Italy.
