The Third Ali Moallem Theater and Music Ceremony (Hafez Statue)

The third Ali Moallem (Hafez Statue) Theater and Music Ceremony was held at the Ministry of Interior Hall, introducing the best performers.

According to Artmag.ir, citing Mehr News Agency, the third Ali Moallem (Hafez Statue) Theater and Music Ceremony began on the evening of March 1 at the Ministry of Interior Hall.

First, a tribute was paid to him by playing pieces by Naser Abdollahi.

Then, a video message from Mr. Khan was broadcasted on the third anniversary of Ali Moallem, and the audience stood up in respect of Ali Moallem and applauded him.

Then, Zahra Ameli, who was in charge of the ceremony, took over the ceremony by reciting verses.

Omid Moallem, the secretary of the event, came to the stage and said: I wanted to start the ceremony by reciting a poem by Hafez, but the ceremony started so late that I skipped this topic. In order to avoid any problems with the rhythm of the ceremony, I ask that we not behave like the officials and skip the long speeches.

He added: As you know, holding such ceremonies is a very difficult matter, because if we want to hold an event that is not affiliated with government institutions and is implemented with the help of the private sector, there are many problems. I need to thank Hafez Insurance, which coincidentally is named after the great poet Hafez Shirazi; It is very good that we have the experience of 23 festivals in the cinema and television sector and I am very happy that theater and music have also started their work in this event, but sometimes, unlike theater activists, there is bad behavior from music people, which should not be like this and we should always support our colleagues. I hope that more attention will be paid to the role of women in music.

He continued by inviting his mother Azar Memarian on stage and led the ceremony.

Memarian stated: We have gathered together tonight with pride, for the solidarity of the rich art of our country to draw a society full of joy and color. My greetings again to Ali Moallem, who is always alive and flowing in my soul and heart, as well as to you, the educated people, the artists who have an immortal life in my heart.

Then, in the form of a clip, Farhad Nazerzadeh Kermani was honored for his lifetime of research and artistic activity, and he appeared on stage to the standing ovation of the audience and expressed his appreciation for this honor.

While reciting a poem in praise of Ali Moallem, Nazerzadeh Kermani added: Basically, the progress of any art has four key factors; these factors are education, research, creativity, and media. The late Moallem possessed all of these areas. Ms. Memarian’s presence has certainly played an important role in this success, because behind every successful man there is always a woman.

Then, due to a lack of coordination, without playing the clip introducing the candidates for the Iranian-Fusion music section, the selected clip of this section was presented to the audience.
