The director general of the artistic planning and education office of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance announced the second stage of the preparation and donation of specialized books in the cultural and artistic fields, worth one billion Rials (21,410 euros) for the libraries of fine arts conservatories.
According to Artmag.ir, quoted by IRNA, Mohammad Hossein Esmaili said in this regard: With the aim of strengthening the resources of specialized books in the libraries of conservatories affiliated to the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the plan to donate books to these educational centers is on the agenda. is to be a response to the demands of students and art trainees in these educational centers, because one of the main goals of educational centers is to raise the level of knowledge of specialized studies for artists and students, and donating books makes the way to reach this ultimate goal, short and smooth.
The director general of the artistic planning and education office of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance said: Fine arts conservatories are professional and specialized centers that play a valuable and effective role in the development of art in the country, and the need to strengthen the libraries of these educational centers should be taken into consideration. In cooperation with the Vice-Chancellor of Culture and Iran’s Book and Literature House, specialized books have been prepared for this purpose.
Esmaili clarified: In the second stage of donating books to these conservatories, about 1,000 book covers worth 1 billion Rials were prepared, which will be sent to fine arts conservatories across the country, and we are trying to donate books to conservatories continuously and alternately. to enrich the libraries of these educational centers with specialized resources.
