According to Artmag.ir, quoted by Akkasee.com, the beautiful island of Kish, which has always played an effective and appreciable role in the important moments of cultural, social, tourism history and creating the general vitality of the country, this time got the opportunity to Cultural and Social Vice-Chancellor of Kish Free Zone Organization, in the way of recording minutes and memories and in honor of the high and special position of the family in Iranian society, organized the first national festival of 100-second film, photo and poster “Kish; Paradise of Families” to take a new step in the way of showing off as many visual attractions as possible, from the point of view of art and focusing on the theme of family.

Objectives of the festival:
Consolidation of the foundation of the Iranian family with the language of art
The use of artistic capacity to promote the optimal culture of using the tourism potential of Kish Island
Discovering and recognizing artistic talents in different sectors and taking advantage of production content formed in the path of effective communication between Kish Island and the mainland.
Creating the spirit of artistic competition with the end result of looking at different cultural, artistic and social aspects
Photo section
Each photographer can submit 5 single photos to participate in the festival.
The photos must be related to one of the topics mentioned in the call or their cultural and social attachments.
– All photos sent must be in JPG format, the largest side should be 2000 pixels and the maximum size should be 2 MB.
Photos should be without watermark.
After sending the photos to the festival, the secretariat will have the possibility of using them in any way by mentioning the name of the photographer.
Photos taken with mobile phones will be judged separately.

Short film section (100 seconds)
The duration of the videos should not be more than 100 seconds.
Participating films must focus on the topics mentioned in the call
Each participant can send 3 films to the festival.
All popular video formats are accepted in this event. After sending the films to the festival, the secretariat will have the possibility of using them in any way by mentioning the name of the filmmaker.

Poster section:
The content of the posters should be centered around the topics included in the call.
Posters should be vertical.
Each participant will be able to send a maximum of 2 posters.
Posters must be sent to the festival in JPG format.

General regulations:
All material and intellectual rights of the work are reserved for the sender
The sender will be responsible for the legal consequences of presenting works that belong to others.
The festival secretariat reserves the right to exploit the submitted works (by mentioning the producer’s name).
There is no age limit to participate in any of the sections.
There is no limit for the participation of people in different parts of the festival and every applicant has the possibility to attend all parts of the festival.
The special part of the festival is dedicated to “Kishvandan”, “Azad” and their productions in 3 parts of the event.
National awards:
In each section, the first 3 people will receive a statue of the festival, a diploma of honor and a cash prize of 250 million Rials
Second place, the statue of the festival, diploma of honor and cash prize of 200 million Rials
3rd place, statue of the festival, diploma of honor and cash prize of 150 million Rials

Mehdi Jamalian as the scientific secretary of the 100-second film department, Adel Sadr Momtaz as the scientific secretary of the poster design department and Seyed Hossein Tehori as the secretary of the photo department of this festival were introduced and received their official orders.
Naghmeh Mostashar Nezami, the judge of the content section, Ali Hayati and Saber Sheikh Rezaei as the judges of the poster section, Seyed Mohammad Reza Kherdmandan and Morteza Ali Abbas Mirzaei, as the judges of the 100-second film section, and Hamed Malekpour and Erfan Kouchari, as the judges of the photo section.
Judging of works will be done on February 17, 18 and 19, 2024 in different sections.
