Online exhibition of Summer Color Painting started in Tehran
The group exhibition of visual arts in the field of painting “Summer Color”, which was held from August 3 to 8 at Rasoul Mehr Gallery in Tehran, started online on August 9.
According to Art Magazine quoted by IRNA, Behdad Najafi Asadollahi, curator of the “Color of Summer” rotation exhibition, said: “This virtual art event has provided a good opportunity for visitors to visit the works of art at all hours of the day and night without the need to attend the gallery.”
Najafi pointed to the importance of colors in today’s society and added: the reason for naming the exhibition coincides with the beautiful summer season and the special importance of the color element in the visual arts, especially painting.
The artist continued: The photos of the works in this exhibition can be displayed continuously as well as zoomed in and saved, which makes it possible to revisit and review and study the audience’s favorite paintings offline without the need for an internet connection after Provided the first visit for them.
Maryam Vahidnia, Communications Director of the Summer Color Exhibition, said that holding online exhibitions is one of the best ways to hold art events during the Corona Pandemic.
She said that the purpose of such online exhibitions is to continue the flow of such activities and ensure the health of visitors, and invited the general public to visit this virtual exhibition.
In this virtual art event, 25 works with various styles and techniques by 10 artists, Saeedeh Arian, Mina Bahreini, Hamid Jafari Shakib, Kambiz Hazratpour, Bamdad Rezvanian, Abolhassan Riazi, Morad Fattahi, Behdad Najafi, Hassan Norouznia and Behnam Valdvand are displayed.
