The call for (virtual) Festival of Hakim Abolghasem Ferdowsi was published.
According to Artmag.ir, in introduction of the call for this festival, it is stated: “One of main content strategies of Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance is to explain and emphasize components of Iranian-Islamic identity, based on heritage of Iranian and Islamic civilizational history, celebrities and famous.
Beyond importance of such a view and approach to heritage of civilizational history, Iranian and Islamic celebrities, Center for Development of Culture and Art in Virtual Space in collaboration with Society for the Appreciation of Cultural Works and Dignitaries (SACWD), Iranian Studies Association, Shahnameh Studies Association, Ferdowsi Foundation Tous Branch, Shahnameh Khanan Takestan Mehr Association, Shahnameh Ferdowsi Tus Cultural and Art Institute, Kheradsara Ferdowsi cultural and artistic institute, Ganjineh Kherad Gachsaran Cultural and Art Institute intends to “hold cultural and artistic festivals, conferences and programs related to description” The duties of this center is to hold annual virtual festival of Hakim Abolghasem Ferdowsi on November 15 every year.
With a firm belief in importance of infrastructural and long-term functions, paying attention to Shahnameh of Hakim Abulqasem Ferdowsi, as value and document of national identity of Iranians, and in order to preserve strength and authenticity of Persian language, as one of pillars of national and cultural identity of Iran and second language of world of Islam, necessity of holding this virtual festival, in context of communication and electronic media, is considered important today.
The perceptible change in human relationships, especially change in art and artist interactions and need for increasing development of media literacy and virtual space literacy, it is more beneficial to use media and social network tools to introduce and develop Iranian culture and art in virtual space and Therefore, this festival will also benefit from all facilities related to virtual space.
It is hoped that Persian-speaking intellectuals, artists, and literary friends, with their welcome to this festival and its call, will confirm necessity of reviving dynamic relationship between audience of literature, drama, illustration, and general public with wise and noble Shahnameh of Ferdowsi. »

This festival will be held on November 5, with title “(virtual) festival of Hakim Abolghasem Ferdowsi”, in 2 sections for children, teenagers and adults, and in 4 fields: “Shahname reading”, “Fiction”, “Illustration” and “Written texts”. became.
Those interested can send their works according to the call, until October 21, through Platzaar system at address www.platzaar.ir.
In this period of Hakim Abolghasem Ferdowsi Festival, Mahmoud Jafari Dehaghi and Alireza Ghiyamati are editors of Shahnameh reading and written texts, Jamal Rahmati is illustration editor, and Parisa Simin Mehr is illustration editor.
