Biography
Deceased Manouchehr Hamedi, began his artistic activity from high school with the play in the school theater, and after obtaining the Acting diploma, he continued his artistic activities by attending the Laleh Theatre in 1958. During his career in Nasr Theater, he also passed the course of Nasr’s acting classes. He went to Esfahan to play a Araham in the group’s views. After returning to Tehran, he continued his theatrical activity and played a role in television shows. He began his TV career in 1966, and then in many serials such as Delron Tangestan distributed in the year 1975 was a artistic presence and was also engaged in playing live TV shows. He started his cinematic career by starring in the movie “The Star Twinkled”; he started directing Mohsen Badie in 1963. He continued his cinematic activity after the Islamic Revolution and in the 11th and 13th Fajr Film Festival in 1992 and 1994, nominated for the best actor of the second actress. The Round Night, The Scent of Wheat, Kamal-ol-Molk, Tael, Fist, Tren, Cuckoo’s Song and The Wolf’s Footprints, directed by Massoud Kimiai, are among the works that Manouchehr Hamedi played in them.
