Artland Gallery hosts works by 60 artists from all over Iran

Artland Gallery is hosting the works of 60 artists from all over the country by holding an exhibition of visual arts called “Line to Role” curated by Reza Alizadeh.

The exhibition opened on Friday, September 17, and will continue until the 22st of this month.

According to Artmag, Reza Alizadeh stated that the main purpose of holding this exhibition was to take a step to help compensate for the 2-year hiatus and stagnation of artistic activities caused by the Corona Pandemic and to create opportunities for artists to present their works throughout Iran. According to him, in this exhibition, about 80 selected works from various fields of visual arts with style, free technique after selection have been displayed.

Alireza Ghandchi, director of Artland Gallery, mentioned the attention and creating equal opportunities for all Iranian artists as one of the main priorities of this gallery and added: The holding of regular group exhibitions of visual arts with a national call and considering special facilities for all Iranian artists to have access to these events has been at the forefront of Artland’s programs.

Behdad Najafi Asadollahi, one of the artists participating in this exhibition, which has participated in four works, said that collecting and displaying various and selected works from all over Iran in one collection is very useful and effective in motivating and continuing artistic activities in the country. He stressed the need to hold more such exhibitions throughout Iran.

Artland Gallery, located in Tehran, Evin St., at the beginning of Shahid Kachuei, Safa dead end, No. 4, is open to the public during the exhibition, except on Saturdays from 5 to 8 p.m.

It should be noted that compliance with health protocols is required to enter the gallery and visit the exhibition.
