Biography
He is painter and sculptor and only Iranian artist registered in name of two museums: the Industrial Museum in Kerman and the Industrial Museum in Tehran, the same Red Crescent Museum in Imam Khomeini Square. He was a disciple of Abolhassan Khan Sedighi and remained in the Iranian art academy until the end of life. Seyed Ali Akbar was 6 months when his father died on the effect of the plague disease and at the end of World War I. He was 8 years old when his mother, due to financial poverty and more importantly, prevented social damage that usually have plagued such poor and ineffective children, he referred him to an industrial orphanage, which was called the orphanage years. Seyed Ali Akbar Sanati, while studying in orphanages, given the love and passion of painting and sculpture techniques, has achieved valuable works in the orphanage. The founder of the orphanage, Haj Ali Akbar Industrial Zadeh, because the orphanage kids could study their last name on them and the name of Ali Akbar Sanati was also called Ali Akbar’s legal name. However, he was trying to bring his attention to Tehran. Finally, after elementary education, Haj Akbar sends him to Tehran with his son and, at this time, that the registration money at Kamal-ol-Molk school gives him the say: ‘ The son of this money is the right of all brothers, your sisters who live in the orphanage. During 12 years at the Kamal -ol Molk School, in the school of Soheyli Industries, which was founded by the late Mohammad Ghaffari, known as Kamal ol-Molk, was established to continue his studies and called for the masters, as: Abolhassan Khan Sedighi, who was the dean of the Soheyli industries after Kamal ol-Molk. Ali Mohammad Heydarian, Hossein Khan Sheikhi, and Ali Co, have been able to create valuable works in the fields of painting and sculpture. At that time, with Albert Homan, the German painter familiar and for six months, in the evenings, after the school classes were closed, he went to his house and taught the watercolor.

In 1940, he achieved a bachelor’s degree in painting and came to Kerman in the same year, and, according to the task and a tribute to the orphanage in which it was cultivated, the number of 40 of the orphanage children chose and taught them that a number of them in the field Were successfully achieved. In 1945, he goes to Tehran, and he made a museum in the artillery field and he was entrusted to the Red Crescent. He again, with two years of constant effort, made sculptures of great personalities from Iran and the world. In 1973, Abdolhossein Sanati, the son of Haj Akbar, was the founder of orphanages, and four years after his death, he was inaugurated by the grandson of Haj Akbar, Homayoun Sanati, and a group of art lovers, Museum of Contemporary Art, or the Kerman Museum of Technology. The museum has exhibited a number of master paintings and sculptures, along with other valuable examples of artists such as: Kamal Ol Molk and his disciples, as well as other contemporary Iranian and foreign artists. What is certain is because of the pure intentions and charitable and valuable and humane services of Haj Akabar Sanati Zadeh and the commemoration and respect of half a century of art and the creativity of Master Ali Akbar Sanati, this place is to be produced, which now remains and welcomes the public. Some of the works were transferred to the city in September 1977 to open the Kerman Museum. In the amid of the revolution in the year 1978, the exhibition was destroyed by the works of Master, which was permanently held in the railway square, on the son of Haj Ali Akbar.

The late Sanati is one of the first sculpture and the most realistic contemporary painters, which apart from the skills to the right to admire the field of sculpture, he must know from contemporary creative artists and even from a new style in the field of painting. One of his most famous works is Fereshteh Adalat, which was designed and built at the entrance of Tehran’s Justice Palace along with Abolhassan Sedighi and Arjang Rahimzadeh. The Industrial Museum in Kerman, in addition to displaying valuable works by Sanatizadeh, also has works by other great artists from around the world. The Industrial Museum in Tehran is located in Imam Khomeini Square and displays very important sculptures of him. In the last years of his life, he lost the ability to speak due to a stroke, and his left half of his body became paralyzed. He was also hospitalized in Iranmehr Hospital on March 27, 2005 due to a lung complication and respiratory problems. He was discharged from the hospital after a partial recovery and finally died on the morning of April 13, 2006 at the age of 90 and his body was buried in the Behesht Zahra artists’ piece.
