Biography
He completed his primary education at Adib Neyshabouri Elementary School and his secondary education at Hafez High School, located in Tehran Bazaar. During high school, he was a classmate of Massoud Asadollahi and they managed school performances together. Their high school superintendent, Hamid Sherkat’s brother, was active in dubbing films in Italy and buying and selling films, narrating Hercules films and speaking in Turkish, and producing films such as: Kill Men and Haji Washington. At the graduation ceremony, a number of students in the diploma, maqam and asadollahi stages staged a play in the high school amphitheater, one of the spectators of which was Haidar Saremi, a theater and cinema actor. At the request of Maghami and because of his interest in entering the professional world of theater, Saremi introduced him to Reza Karimi, an actor in comedy roles in cinema and theater, who was also the director of film dubbing at Asr Talaei Studio at the time. The film was dubbed and spent the remaining three years of high school dubbing, going from school to the studio in the afternoons. Houshang Latifpour played an important role in shaping the skills and teachings of the position. As later, most of Latifpour’s students were dubbed from the elders. The first film in which he spoke was a film about the stories of Zi Zi, called Nene Zi Zi in Africa, produced by Arthur Rank and a black-and-white film that instead of a young man carrying luggage in a hotel. “Sir, thank you. I did my job.” The film, dubbed under the direction of Reza Karimi at the Golden Age Studio, featured Mohammad Ali Zarandi, with his famous brigade (Shabaji Khanum on the radio), instead of the character of Neneh Zi Zi. The official then made a number of statements in several films about the Black Army. In the dubbing of the French film François Kahn, he received his first salary from Ahmad Rasoulzadeh, the dubbing director of this film in dci studio, for 150 Tomans. After one or two years, he finally spoke professionally and with a leading role in the French film The Bride, where Kavous Dostdar in this film, instead of Robert Hussein, was in charge of dubbing Houshang Beheshti. Houshang Beheshti’s good efforts in the film The Bride made him invite him to Iran Film Studio (now the Cinema House) to speak instead of Alberto Sordi. The official imitated the voice of Hossein Sarshar (a regular narrator of Alberto Sordi and Vittorio Desica) instead of Sordi, and this experience led him to voice in several other films, before and after the victory of the Islamic Revolution, instead of Alberto Sordi. He was quoted as saying: One day I told Mr. Beheshti, “Will you allow me to change my voice a little when they go from one city to another and perform in another theater?” I did this and became a starter to become a professional dubber among dubbing managers. A while later, I spoke in place of Alberto Sordi, who played the leading Italian role. That’s how I got into dubbing professionally.

Mster Jalal Maghami, is also known for performing Spectaculars (Didaniha in persian language)programs. He is the wife of Rafat Hashempour, a capable dubbing announcer. He is the uncle of Sharareh Hazrati, the speaker and Shiva Hazrati, the translator. His niece, Niki Mozaffari, is the daughter of Majid Mozaffari, a well-known film actress. In fact, his sister was the wife of Majid Mozaffari. His unique dubbing in the Dark Edge series is one of the masterpieces of this master of Iranian dubbing. His most famous works include: Lawrence of Saudi Arabia, instead of Omar Sharif, The Grassland Glory, The Secret Army, Poirot, Sherlock Holmes and The Cobra Alert. He was injured in an accident at his home on Friday, September 5, but continues to work in the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Magahami, is among the best speakers in Iranian dubbing history. In the special rankings of the performance of the speakers, he ranks among the top five to eight speakers in the entire history of Iranian dubbing among men. In the mid-80s special issue of the monthly issue of Film Monthly, he placed fifth in the list of top male speakers. His beautiful voice, along with the power of sound play (derived from his experience in theater and cinema games), created the role of a skilled speaker who instead of the greatest actors in cinema. Ordinary people remember him with a television show he hosted, while his efforts over the last 56 years in dubbing have played little role in his mind. And people are living in the cinema with his voice. In each of his works he has tried his best to provide a lasting work. He has been managing many jobs since 1966, when he became manager of dubbing. His efforts in film management have been twofold and have generally been accompanied by specific techniques. For example, in the dubbing of Tocher for Robab, which was filmed in a Bushehrian tale by Tehrani dialect, he invited the entire dialogue of the film to Bushehr by inviting a bushman and provided his speakers with a tape to speak this way after training. Either in Baduk, he used some Balochs who were not presenters to induce the atmosphere of the film and achieve a more authentic identity, or in the auctioneer suggested that the sound of the soul be recorded to achieve a strange sound in a special way (while breathing in). Dialect done). He also went to the filming village with Majid Majidi and Mohsen Roshan for a test day dubbing the film again to use the original sounds in the dubbing. Because Ezzatollah Moghbeli, instead of Oliver Hardy, the result was not very satisfactory. He himself admits that he has been working monthly for the first 35 years. He was one of the most active speakers in cinema in the 1960s, and fewer Iranian films can be found in this decade without his voice being dubbed or managed. During his career, he typified in some films, and sometimes spoke with old men and sometimes with a specific tone, instead of with malicious people. These types were not such that his voice could not be identified. He did not appear in cartoonish Gundanki but occasionally created interesting types in this area. Master Maghami’s voice is beautiful and kind. His personality is also kind and sensitive.

In the early days of the Islamic Revolution, he did one of his best dubbing of foreign serials and managed the Marcopoulos series, one of the best dubbed in television history. He also directed the Iranian series Patriarchal, which was one of the most popular and popular Iranian series of its time.

Jalal Maghami, although personally interested in documentaries and considers documentaries to be a manifestation of God’s divine nature, has not shown any interest in documentary films. He once confessed to one of the network’s executives that he had been asked to speak in a documentary that denied the title, and then with the director’s stubbornness, no film on that network was available to dub. It doesn’t fit! However, he has starred in a number of documentary films, particularly documentary films in which Omar Sharif has spoken or attended, including the following: History of Ancient Rome (starring Omar Sharif) , In Search of Eternal Egypt (with the narration and presence of Omar Sharif), another documentary titled Omar Sharif, titled Omar Sharif, about 10,000 years before Christ, and Akbar Menani, acknowledged in an interview in another documentary in which an official Not being present has spoken instead of Omar Sharif.
