Biography
He was working as a telecom technician for a while, then joined the press. He has been working in the press of Iran for more than 30 years, and is a very prolific addition to the practical work of cartoon and cartoon theory. From late Ziaee, there are many works of books and article on cartoons and cartoons and his works have been published in Iranian and foreign journals. He is also the father of Laleh Ziaee, an Iranian cartoonist. He had more than 30 years of continuous press activity in the magazine and cartoons for children. His activities include: A Journal of a thousand-letter, cartoons for children, editorial board member of Comics magazine and humor, editorial board and deputy Editor in the Journal of Comics and Saddlebag humor, member of the editorial board in the Iranian Institute of Gol Aqa, Magazine, Mr. Gol Agha and comic book. Continuous collaboration with Kayhan Caricature Magazine and Pilban magazine, published in hundreds of professional articles about cartoons in Iran and the world, printing more than 25 books for children and teenagers, printing several thousand cartoons, designs and decorative cartoons in the publications, illustrated by several books of the Iranian humor and irony, membership in The planning and delegation of the Tehran International Biennial cartoons Congress in several periods, the article of the International Cartoon Conference in Tehran in the fourth and fifth Biennial, member of the jury of the choice of books and visual works to select the best press release in several periods, members Jury in the international cartoon competition, the dialogue of Civilizations, the Gol Agha Institute of the year 2000, the jury member of the international cartoon Road and Travel competition, Gol Aqa, the Secretary-General of the country’s first maritime cartoon competition, is not a member of the Palestinian jury, the year 2004, received the prize Special thirty-year-olds competition in Skopje, 1999, receiving bronze Medal and Honor diploma – the city’s award for the year 2003, received the second prize of the 16th competition of Belgium in the year 2004 and many other honors….
Persian cartoonist, Jamal Rahmati, believes: Late Mohammad Rafi Ziaee, had a readable pen and was easily and more powerful, and in his work it was a matter of choice and in the implementation of the style of the owner. He believes that the characteristics of the works of the unpretentious work were the characteristic of his own mirrors and personal behavior. Furthermore, according to this statement, Rahmati had a high mastery of calligraphy. According to Hadi Heidari, Mohammad Rafi Ziaee, he was a bitter humor in his work. Heidari believes: The works were mostly Black and White, and the crosshatches had a dense and powerful, and in terms of their work they had a theme of human peace and friendship.
