Biography
He is the critic, lecturer and analyst of Iranian film and cinema. He graduated from the school of National Iranian radio and television in 1974 and Persian language and literature from Payame Noor University in 1995 year. Sabarian, member of the jury of the filmmakers Association of 1997, the delegation of the Second International Documentary Festival of Kish 2000, the selection Board of the 3rd Documentary Festival of Kish 2001, the jury of the 4th Kish Documentary Festival 2002, The Selection Board of The Twenty-Twenty-first Volumes of The Tehran Festival and the Editorial Board of the Handes Armenian language Literature Magazine. He is responsible for the documentary film Section in the World of cinema-the truth, the specialized journal of documentary film and lecturer in the University of Isfahan’s Higher Education Institute, 2001 to 2003. Also, writing and translating dozens of articles about cinema and documentary in the country’s cinematic publications and participating in the radio and television programs as a film critic and documentary expert are among other activities. Robert Safarian, in the higher education Period: Film Studies: The Theory, the analysis, which was held in July 2018, and two chapters: the pathology of cash flow in Iranian cinema and also entries on the world cinema’s analytical history in the National School of Cinema taught. In his own words, the review of the film as a kind of critique, he said, one of the important points in the critique is that a cinematic critic when writing about the film should decide what aspect of the film will write for what a contact is, because writing about the aspect Artistic and technical film by writing about what is going on in film, as a review of the effect is different. “I believe that the film is a kind of journalistic criticism and opens the audience’s mentality towards the film that he wants to see, and the audience is somewhat aware of what works will see, but criticism in specialized magazines is different from the review of the film and the author of the Assumption That shows the audience of the film and the critic wants to analyze the effect in a specialized form.
