Recently, two volumes of the four-volume collection “The Secret of Naghz Khaghani’s Speeches” written by Dr. Mohammad Reza Torki have been published by Samt Publications.
Khaghani’s poetry has been mysterious and difficult from the beginning, and understanding the mystery of his poetry requires extensive information in the field of various literary and non-literary sciences.
In this work, Dr. Torki tries to get a documentary and scientific view on the life, personality and poetry of Khaghani and to get to know this great poet of the sixth century, regardless of the common fame.
The main source and reference for understanding the minutes of Khaghani’s speech is first the Divan and his other works and then the texts of poets such as Sanai whose poetry Khaghani has considered and in the next stage has other works close to his time.
The weekly meeting of Book City on Tuesday, the 4th of Azar at 11:00 AM is dedicated to the review of the book “Secrets of Naghz Khaghani” which will be held in the presence of Nasser Nikobakht, Seyed Javad Mortezaei, Farzad Adibi, Majid Mansouri and Mohammad Reza Torki.
