Biography
At age of 14, he began learning to play trumpet and compose under direction of Vanko Naidenov of Bulgaria. A few years later, he began his career making music for several television and theater series. He has composed the soundtracks for more than 140 films and series, which are very close to very distant films; Directed by Reza Mirkarimi, Narges directed by Rakhshan Bani-Etemad, Ghadmagah directed by Mohammad Mehdi Asgarpour and two films: The Possibility of Mina directed by Kamal Tabrizi and Dokhtar directed by Reza Mirkarimi, has won Simorgh Bloorin four times. Master Aligholi has been nominated 15 times for the Crystal Simorgh for the best soundtrack from the Fajr Film Festival and has won the Crystal Simorgh 4 times. He is the producer of the movie “Majnoon” and his appearance in the movie “The Changed Man”. He is also the brother of Mahmoud (Siamak) Aligholi, a late singer and presenter of radio and television, who became famous with his songs: Ab Zanid Rahe and the Persian Gulf. In January 2017, Aligholi received the Best Soundtrack Award from the Seasonal Festival: ASIANS ON FILM, USA, for the animated blank animation, directed by Ali Zare Qanat Noei.
