Hassan Pourshirazi, received best actor award, from 2024 Transilvania International Film Festival, for his role in movie “Old Boy”.
According to Artmag.ir, at closing ceremony of Transilvania International Film Festival in Romania, Hassan Pourshirazi won title of best actor for his role in movie “Old Boy” directed by Oktay Baraheni.
In this ceremony, movie “Old Boy”, in its second international appearance at 23rd Transilvania International Film Festival, received title of best performance in the main competition section.
Hamed Behdad, Leila Hatami, Mohammad Valizadegan and Hassan Pourshirazi have played roles in this movie.
Movie “Old Boy”, co-produced by Babak Hamidian and Hanif Sarvari, in its first international appearance at Rotterdam Film Festival in Netherlands, won award for best film in big screen category.
International distribution of this film is under responsibility of Haft Cheshme Broadcasting Company, under management of Milad Khosravi.
Transilvania International Film Festival (TIFF), is an annual film festival held for two weeks in Cluj-Napoca. It is held in Romania.
This festival was established in 2001. Focus of this festival is to support new filmmakers who are looking to show their works to a wide range of audiences.
