Biography
He is a graduate of painting from Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Tehran and has a first-class artistic degree equivalent to a doctorate from Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. He began his artistic career by designing movie posters in 1986, with the film: Manuscripts, made by Mehrzad Minavi. In 2003, Vazirian started making semi-long open-air films at the Center for the Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents, and since then he has seriously added filmmaking to his artistic activities. In addition to being an international judge, he has won awards. It has also become world-renowned. His graphic design career spans nearly three decades. Participating in various domestic and foreign exhibitions, artistic management of publications, festivals and visual exhibitions, publishing the first specialized magazine in the field of visual arts in Iran as: Contemporary Art in 1993 and publishing a visual magazine in 1991 under his management and editing are part of his artistic career. He is. Establishment of the world’s first annual international poster typography exhibition; Asma ol-Hosna; It is held every year during the month of Ramadan, and the publication of five volumes of books independent of his collection of works in the field of graphics, and especially poster design between 1985 and 2010, forms another part of his career. Designing the logo of the Isfahan International Film Festival for Children and Adolescents and designing the Golden Butterfly for this festival are among his lasting works. Professor Vazirian has participated in more than 35 collective exhibitions in Iran and abroad and has held 2 individual exhibitions and is honored to receive several awards, including the first prize for the best sign design from the third biennial of graphic design in Tehran. Since the third biennial of graphic design in Tehran, he has also received a gold plaque, a diploma of honor and a commemorative medal from the Art and Literature Complex in 1988.

Among his records, he can teach at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Tehran, Shahed University and Al-Zahra University; Member of the Policy Council of the 6th Iranian Graphic Biennale; Secretary of the Visual Committee of Mehr Art Festival; Artistic Director of the 7th Fajr Film Festival; Artistic Director of the 4th Tehran International Cartoon Biennial; Member of the Center for Visual Arts, Arts Center; A member of the jury for the 15th Fajr Film Festival mentioned the poster, trailer and photo section of the film, and a member of the policy council of The First Biennial Painting Exhibition In The Islamic World.

The subjects of Vazirian’s films in the field of religious issues and the specialized fields of his work in the field of visual arts are related to painting and painting. He was one of Melbourne’s top international designers for Ideas on Design in 2010 and the only Iranian speaker invited to the 20th anniversary of the global art event by the International Design Foundation in Australia.

Vazirian has participated in many artistic and cinematic events as a judge; His appearances as a judge at the International Religious Film Festival in Italy in 2009, the 16th World Film Festival for Indian Children and Adolescents, the Golden Elephant, the Sima Festival in 2003, as well as judging in the fourteenth, twenty-fifth and thirty-first periods and 31st edition of the Fajr Film Festival, as well as the CMS International Children’s Film Festival in Lakno, India in 2010, and the 4th Shahr International Film Festival in 2011.
