Biography
At a young age and at the age of 15, he became the first winner of the national photography competition in 1968. Three years later, he went to the University of Tehran to study English language and literature. In the early years of the imposed war in 1980, he was in charge of the photo unit at the Islamic Republic News Agency and set up a photo bank in the only news agency in Iran at the time.Unit, he was responsible and launched the photo bank at the only Iran time news agency. He is also the editor of the first news film about Operation Beit ol-Moqaddas in the Imposed War (Iran–Iraq War). Master Seifollah Samadian has had a serious and professional presence in many important events of the world since past years, and has taught photojournalism at University of Tehran and Photography at the Faculty of Art and Islamic Azad University. But the reality of a high number of participants is not consistent with the reality of the number of accepted and winners, and many are defeated and upset. The only way to prevent depression and discouragement is to see the glass half full and to promote this positive outlook with good work. And when we enter into a race, it is knowing that every arbitration group has its own taste and the likelihood that we will not the winner of the first in our mind and then go ahead. If we go from scratch with the hope of winning, the defeat becomes more bitter. But if we participate solely to attend an event, surely we are not too nostalgic if we fail. This means that the person must be wise, they may not be in a festival, and in another festival, first. We must know that the prophets are not flawless. People are normal and can naturally have different senses in different situations and times. Except for very specific and professional people who, if the earth and the time are fold, the sense of their artistic perception remains intact. I summarize my words in these few sentences, we need to work so well and try to enjoy the work so that we do not have the hope of photography award. If we go ahead with a great effort and a positive look to the world and the human being, I promise you that there is no other place to be accepted. But the most beautiful thing that every artist can do is to learn to things his prize from creation. That is, the moment of creativity, the prize of each artist is given. Of course the eyes of insight wants to be open heart and a long spirit to recognize it. I told everyone to get to that message that I can give and my solution is that we can’t overcome global policies, but we can learn from the moment of creating our artistic work so that we do not need any prize.
