Manoochehr Valizade, veteran radio and cinema artist, dies

Veteran radio announcer Manoochehr Valizade has passed away at the age of 84.
According to Artmag.ir, Manoochehr Valizade, a veteran radio and television announcer and announcer, died at noon on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, due to respiratory and lung problems at the age of 84.
The late Valizadeh entered the radio broadcasting profession in 1958 through Mansour Matin. He entered the world of dubbing at the age of 16. An artist who was not much of a dubbing artist, he observed the details for each character that were appropriate to his position.
He is best known for voicing the cartoon characters Lucky Luke and Michael Scofield in the television series Prison Break, as well as actors Tom Hanks, John Travolta, Tom Cruise, Harrison Ford, Nicolas Cage, Jason Statham, Jim Carrey, Will Smith, Eddie Murphy, Robert Wagner, and Elvis Presley.
