More than a thousand artists at the Iranian Youth Visual Arts Festival

The Iranian Youth Visual Arts Festival is being held while more than a thousand young artists from all over the country have submitted their works to the festival secretariat.
According to Artmah.ir, based on statistics received by the secretariat, 1,268 people have registered for the Iranian Youth Visual Arts Festival, of which 363 are men and 905 are women. The total number of works received by the festival secretariat is announced to be 7,576 works.
In the statistics section by field, painting had the highest presence with 1940 works and 309 participants, followed by photography with 1525 works (187 people) and graphics with 1123 works (157 people).
The fields of illustration (872 works/128 people), drawing (730 works/107 people), painting (392 works/69 people), calligraphy (290 works/63 people), sculpture (285 works/43 people), ceramic art (238 works/39 people), caricature (108 works/17 people) and new media (73 works/17 people) were also in the next ranks.
In terms of provincial participation, Tehran province is at the top with 230 people. After that, Isfahan (117 people), Khorasan Razavi (108 people), East Azerbaijan (65 people), Fars (64 people) and Alborz (63 people) provinces have the highest number of participants. Ilam (12 people), Lorestan and Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari (9 people each), South Khorasan and Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad (8 people each), Sistan and Baluchestan (4 people) and Hormozgan (1 person) provinces have the lowest participation in this period.
This festival has so far had the highest number of works with 7,865 works in the 31st period and the highest number of registered artists with 1,311 participants in the 26th period, and the 32nd period has so far ranked second in both sections.
The 32nd Iranian Youth Visual Arts Festival will be held in Tehran from September 21 to September 26 with a new logo and design.
