Sahra Asadollahi, received award for best actress from Beirut International Women’s Festival.
According to Artmag.ir, Sahra Asadollahi, actress and director of short film “Spasm”, was able to receive the best actress award from 7th Beirut International Women’s Festival.
The closing ceremony of Beirut International Festival was held on April 19 in Beirut, Lebanon.
Sahra Asadollahi, has also won the best actress award at Los Angeles Asian Film Festival
The short film “Spasm”, is directed by Sahra Asadollahi, produced by Zahed Barzegar and written by Nafiseh Zare and Atefeh Salehi, who participated in the 7th Beirut International Women’s Festival.
Beirut International Women’s Film Festival (BWFF), is one of the world’s women’s festivals held in Beirut by Beirut Film Society with theme “Women for Leadership” and highlights the role of women as leaders in their societies.
This short film, has previously participated in the 42nd Vancouver Canada Festival, 25th Women’s Festival in Seoul, South Korea, 28th Rabat Festival in Morocco, and 15th World Music and Independent Film Festival in America, and was nominated for best actress and cinematography in 15th festival. Music and independent films have become the world in America.
Sahra Asadollahi, Tino Salehi, Nima Mazaheri and Kaveh Suri are the actors of “Spasm”.
